SKAR Wins 2017 AAF Omaha AdWars
The SKAR team of Barb Ruser, Bob Duman, Bryan Gottula, Katie Ferge, Randy Schnackenberg, Sara Wilson, Sean Campbell and Shiletha Snoddy took home the trophy for the 2017 AAF Omaha AdWars event April 13 at DJs Dugout in downtown Omaha!

SKAR has been recognized for support of its employees in the National Guard and Reserve by the Pro Patria Award, the highest level award that can be given by the state committee of the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR).

SKAR received two Healthcare Advertising Awards from the trade publication Healthcare Marketing Report for our work on behalf of East Texas Medical Center (ETMC).

The 2015 Cancer Awareness Advertising Awards (CAA Awards) judging panel has selected SKAR as the recipient of two awards. Both entries were created for the East Texas Medical Center Regional Healthcare System (ETMC).

A print ad we created promoting the “Summer of 7s Giveaway” for the Nebraska Lottery won a prestigious Batchy Award for creativity at the 2015 convention of the North American Association of State and Provincial Lotteries.

It was a successful night for us at the 2015 Omaha AMA Pinnacle Awards on April 23 at Ralston Arena. Longtime client Sue Bee Honey took home the Pinnacle award for Best Total Marketing Campaign in the Total Marketing Campaign category for large businesses.

Everyone’s heard about Don Draper, the suave, bed-hopping, 1960s creative director in AMC's “Mad Men.” However, most people know nothing about the actual ad executives the character is based on. That’s a shame, because they were much more interesting — mostly because of the astonishing work they produced.
